Heath Hescock has been appointed Robotics Engineer at Greensea, creator of the universal marine industry operating platform OPENSEA.

Hescock will lead the hardware integration process at Greensea and is primarily responsible for providing Greensea's production staff with software support. He provides system-level thinking and guidance, drawing from his strong background in hardware design and solid software experience. Hescock also leads design and development for Greensea’s proprietary printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in workboat vessel control systems.

Prior to joining Greensea, Hescock automated software functions through programming at Globalfoundaries. He earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont, a B.A. degree from Vermont Technical College, and is also a skilled carpenter.

“We actively seek engineers with varied real-world, hands-on experiences,” explained Marybeth Gilliam, CMO, VP Sales, Greensea. "Heath’s experience as a carpenter enhances his overall creativity and ability to innovate.”
